A highly progressive firm with one of the top Conveyancing departments within Hampshire and the UK is looking for an admin assistant that also will have the added responsibility of opening files within their property department.
As an Administrative Assistant within the Conveyancing department you will be responsible for the opening of files via the Videss Case Management system as well as typing and producing correspondence, drafting documents and engrossments, assisting with the Fee Earners call and emails as well as arranging files and extensive diary management.
You will be expected to have prior legal experience for at least 6 months, as well as having a professional manner and overall friendly demeanour as you will be corresponding and building relations with prospective and existing clients.
