Admin Assistant - Conveyancing

Some working knowledge of the conveyancing process is desirable although full training will be given, but experience in a legal environment is required.

Our client is a respected firm of Solicitors with an unusually diverse client base. They require an Admin Assistant to give support in various conveyancing areas.

Key Tasks and Duties

  • Opening and Closing files
  • Preparation of contracts and supporting documents
  • Checking official copy documents
  • Admin support to fee earners
  • Liaising with Clients and other 3rd parties as necessary

Skills

  • IT Literacy
  • High level of numeracy - spreadsheets
  • Clear and concise written and spoken English
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Teamworker and able to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail

Competitive salary

9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
