Admin Assistant - 3 Month Contract

A property company is currently looking for an Admin Assistant to join their dynamic team in North West London. The ideal person should be able to work within the busy environments of a large office and be willing to help in other departments when necessary. You should be eager to learn and motivated as well as very well organised and have excellent time-keeping and multi-tasking skills.

The role for the admin assistant will be general ad-hoc duties as well as assisting the property team with any requirements they may have.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

- General office administration including opening the post, scanning and filing.

Key skills and experience:

- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team

- Flexible

- Fluent in English

The role will be on a fixed 3-month contract.
