Independent consultancy organisation who are an industry leader in their field are seeking an experienced Administration / Accounts Supervisor to join their office in Bromborough. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make this role their own and develop processes / procedures.
Your new role
You will be required to supervise the administration function but support an external Bookkeeper and Accountants to ensure the correct accounts documentation is given. On a day to day basis you will logging samples, creating codes and reports for clients, working with the internal departments to review samples and sending results to external clients. Another part of the role is to use Sage Line 50 to complete SL & PL invoices, collating purchase order numbers from clients, completing income statements using the correct exchange rates and investigating aged debt.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have both administration and accounts processing experience along with supporting a small administration team. It is essential that you have used Sage Line 50 or similar system and have the ability to work under pressure.
What you'll get in return
Salary negotiable depending on experience. 37.5 hours per week. free parking and other benefits available.
