About the company:

A Birmingham based university is looking to recruit an experienced administrator for a broad range of administration duties. The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and ideally within an educational environment.

  • Answering calls and emails.
  • Reception, meeting and greeting.
  • You will be expected to exercise your judgement to answer to queries.
  • Organising events including booking venues, sending invitations, arranging refreshments and managing bookings.
  • You will be expected to use variety of complex university systems and processes to research, analyst and interpret complex data.
  • Processing more complex data which may be Financial, student related or other.
  • HR related tasks such as staff absence, induction or dealing with leavers.

Mon to Friday (9-5pm)
