Adaptations Administrator (Part time)

Working as part of the Property Support team, you will provide administrative support to deliver an effective and efficient housing adaptations service, liaising with residents, estate managers and surveyors to facilitate adaptions and equipment installations.

Who we need

You must have a positive, flexible and can-do attitude together with excellent customer service skills. You will also have:

  • Knowledge of the housing sector and needs of older people
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people

We need people who share our values, people who are friendly, customer focused, calm and have the ability to work with a wide range of people. Being computer literate is also essential.
