A well-established specialist Litigation firm in the heart of Liverpool city centre has an exciting opening for an experienced and ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join its dedicated Actions Against the Police department.

The dedicated department has a stellar reputation in the market for its Actions Against the Police offering. Due to an organic increase in instructions, it is seeking to expand the existing 4 strong team. The team deals with an array of claims against policing authorities, including wrongful arrest, false imprisonment, unlawful detention, human rights breaches and more. You will be given responsibility for your own caseload, which you'll be expected to manage from instruction through to completion.

You will be a qualified Solicitor (1-5 years PQE+ or NQ's with a diverse background) with previous experience dealing with litigation claims until conclusion, as the bulk of your caseload will be litigated.
