My Oswestry based client is currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator.

As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for the allocation of payments received and payments made by the company.


• Banking payments

• Allocation of client payments received

• Sending out receipts to clients

• Payment of bills

• Reconciliation of the bank on a weekly basis

• Reconciliation of month end

• Calculation of internal VAT returns

Additional duties

• Reconciling the client accounts

• Issuing refund to clients

• Maintain petty cash

• Process petty cash

It is essential that you have previous experience within an Accountancy Practice.
