A growing chartered accountancy practice based in Plymouth is looking for an Accounts Technician level addition into their team to prepare year end accounts, tax, VAT and provide wider services to a mixed client base of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. The firm and role offers support, progression and development.

As a result of ongoing, sustained positive growth the firm is looking to bring in the right additional Accounts Technician as a key addition with excellent career development prospects on offer. Description
You will join the team as an Accounts Technician key addition you will take on responsibility for the year end accounts preparation, tax compliance across both personal and corporate tax, VAT returns and other service provision as you develop within this firm and role. You will have opportunity to develop technically and progress in your career, with support on offer for those pursuing further qualifications.
Profile
For this Accounts Technician role you may be AAT qualified, or have developed your career entirely through experience only to date. Equally you could be pursuing and studying for ACCA or other qualifications. You will have a background working within the accountancy practice sector for an accounting firm of any size, with anything from two to three year's experience to date, or considerably more. You will bring a mix, or any of: year end accounts preparation, tax, bookkeeping, VAT, etc and be looking to find a new career move, where you can progress within a successful team and firm.
Job Offer
