We are a well established Porsche specialist with a dynamic team of people.
The position involves taking sole charge of the accounts department and providing admin support to the Company Director and other members of staff, so good organisational skills and the ability to work under own initiative are a prerequisite. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of Sage 50 and a well rounded knowledge of the accounting function as a whole. Experience of Dragon2000 would be an advantage.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Sales/purchase/general ledgers
- Reconciliation of customer/supplier accounts
- Reconciliation of credit card payments received/made
- All banking functions - paying in/issuing payments/reconciliation
- Petty Cash
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Payroll and all aspects of HR
- Writing letters
- Dealing with emails
- Answering telephones
This is a permanent position for 3 days a week and, ideally, an immediate start.
