Becoming an Accounts Receivables Manager with Capita Local Government:
As an Accounts Receivables Manager you will be responsible for managing a collections team as well as being responsible for various collections team duties. We are looking for a dynamic Accounts Receivables Manager who enjoys working with individuals and getting the best out of them. The Accounts Receivables Manager will look to contribute to the overall success of the team and raise their profile.
What you will do:
You will oversee and manage a team of 10
You will be responsible for credit management duties assigned to the team
You will be responsible for running the weekly arrears process
You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the team
You will monitor query dispute resolution
You will be responsible for the weekly direct debit run
Your experience will include:
Previous experience of team management in a collections role
Experience of running accurate weekly reports
Experience in Arrears process management
Experience with managing individuals including setting goals and monitoring team members against KPI's
Experience monitoring query dispute resolution
Experience overseeing weekly Direct debit run
