We have an immediate vacancy for Accounts Receivable Assistants based in Aldershot within a new division of Enterprise Rent-a-Car, (ARMS Business Solutions). The Business Management Department interacts and supports operating groups across the UK for key Shared Service functions. The department supports 8 separate Business Units hosting approx. 690 employees currently in 4 different office locations (Egham, Dartford, Aldershot & Sheffield) including approx. 230 homeworkers.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

  • Working closely with customers to ensure efficient and accurate reporting processes 
  • Working with insurers internal departments, particularly our accounting and claims division teams
  • Reporting of team performance and MI for senior management

The successful candidate should have the following skillset and/or experience of:

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good communication, both with internal and external customers
  • Team player with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to learn and challenge existing procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate or above Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience within a sales ledger environment preferable but not essential


Qualifications

  • Studying towards AAT, CIMA or ACCA preferable but not essential
  • Please note that due to the nature of the role, successful applicants will require the ability to pass a security check which involves Financial Probity and Basic Criminality
