Orka Financial is currently working with a client on an exciting new opportunity for an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Assistant. The client, who specialises in luxury housewares designs and innovation are located in Goring.
The role is on a full time 37.5 hour week for a 6-month maternity cover basis.
- Receipt allocation to client ledger/invoice.
- Process customer refunds on sage.
- Dispatch invoices.
- Create new accounts working with credit safe and reference agencies.
- Respond to all UK and EU account queries.
- An interest in accounting and a desirable interest in product design.
- Computer literate with a good understanding of the role of accounts in a multinational business.
- Work to Resolve any debt issues and customer debit claims.
