My client is a business consultancy firm in North London looking for a new accounts assistant, with payroll experience to join their team. 

Workng hours are 8:30am til 5:00pm and this is a full time position. 

Duties of the role will include - 

• Processing invoices on purchases ledger
• Generating and sending out sales invoices
• Preparing and processing bank payments
• Preparing and processing payroll
• Any other accounts admin as required
• Using Sage Line 50 andMS Excel including lookups and pivot tables.

The kind of person they are looking for must have - 

A friendly personality and team working attitude
AAT studies completed to at least level 3
Experience in accounts admin and payroll
The ability to commute daily to Friern Barnet in North London
Experience using Sage and Excel.
