A fabulous opportunity in Ipswich for an Accounts/Payroll Assistant ideally looking for someone who can start straight away but willing to wait for the right person.

Working within a small team, you will be responsible for the following:
Processing payroll
Answering payroll queries
Answering telephone calls
Payroll database maintenance
General administration
Checking holiday pay, sick pay and other payments
Processing statutory forms (P45/P46/P60/Court Orders/Student Loans/Pensions)
Purchase Ledger
Data entry
Processing and authorising invoices
Payment procedures and month end routines

You will need to have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Access.

Full training will be given in the use of their system and Payroll software (Sage)
