This Accounts Team Leader role is working for a global recognised business, the role will manage a team and support the financial controller. This is a fixed term contract role.

Client Details

This fantastic business have a large shared service centre in Flintshire based within the full accountancy function you will work closely with finance, credit control, payroll and commercial finance.


This role will include the following Key Responsibilities, over time this role is expected to grow.

  • Help Manage the day-to-day activity of the Accounts Payable function
  • Workflow planning
  • Quality improvement plans
  • Workflow and backlog analysis
  • Work allocation
  • Staff motivation
  • Performance improvement activities


Skills, experience and education required:

  • Minimum 5 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience of managing workflow and quality assurance activities
  • Experience of working in the travel industry would be advantageous
  • Management theory and practice
  • Finance knowledge
  • Excellent motivation skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Methodical and organised

Job Offer

This role will offer the candidate the following:

  • £23,000 - £26,000
