An exciting opportunity has arisen near central Weybridge for an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk. This is a temporary, full time position that needs someone to start immediately. The role pays £12ph. You will need experience with both ledgers and Sage 200.
You will be working for a relatively young but expanding plumbing and waste solutions company.
Within this role you will be working in a small team, under the Financial Director. Your main role will be working on moderate volume purchase and sales ledger transactions. You will also be setting up new supplier and expense accounts, coding and posting invoices to nominals and paying expenses when due. Another key area of this role will be handling petty cash and bank reconciliation. The main system used is Sage 200, therefore prior knowledge is needed. There may be a small amount of administration duties on an ad-hoc basis such as directing customer calls.
