The Role

Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Co-ordinator to join our busy Finance team. Experience in an accounts payable or equivalent role is essential.

You will need to be an organised candidate with great attention to detail along with having good communication skills.

Reporting to the General Finance Manager, you will work alongside the Finance team providing administrative support as required.

The main functions of the job include managing the purchase ledger, inputting invoices, matching GRN’s, liaising with business managers and external suppliers to solve queries, supplier statement reconciliations, managing staff expenses and credit cards, VAT reconciliation and fixed asset register maintenance.

In doing this you will provide valuable support to our Finance team, whilst protecting the financial interests of our Company.
