An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a construction giant within a busy and dynamic office.
Key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk job will include:
- Updating Purchase Ledger
- Processing invoices
- Obtaining payment authorisation
- Supplier reconciliation
- Administrative tasks
- High volume work with invoices
The ideal Accounts Payable Clerk will possess the following attributes/skills:
- 2 years previous Accounts Payable experience
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proactive attitude and able to be hands on
