Accounts Payable Clerk

You'll be working for a leading, local construction company with an excellent reputation within their industry and a family run feel.

Your new role
You'll be working as an Accounts Payable clerk and will be responsible for processing invoices, processing payments, reconciling supplier statements, matching, batching and coding PO's, managing queries and other ad hoc finance duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll need between 2 and 5 years of experience within a similar role ideally within a construction company. You'll need to be AAT qualified or a part qualified accountant although other experience will be considered. You'll need to be numerate with excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.

What you'll get in return
You'll be needed on a 6 month fixed term contract and will be paid a salary of £22,000 - £25,000. You'll work a 40 hour week in an excellent office space with excellent public transport links and close to a plentiful supply of local amenities.
