Accounts Payable Clerk

Accounts Payable Clerk required for an initial 3 month temporary contract which will then go into a 1 year FTC. The Accounts Payable Clerk will mainly deal with the Purchase Ledger side of finance but there will also be Sales Ledger duties so it will be beneficial if you have had experience in this. The Accounts Payable Clerk will need to have an intermediate level of Excel.

Accounts Payable Clerk:

  • Processing cash books
  • Processing invoices
  • Payment runs
  • Daily bank recs
  • Intermediate level Excel

This role is initially going to be temporary for 3 months but then moving into a 1 year fixed term contract.
