Your new role:
Duties will include; processing documents into Oracle, rejecting or challenging non-compliant documents as per defined guidelines, verify tax coding, provide detailed KPI analysis and provide a high level of customer service developing knowledge of the entity model. You will also be expected to provide advice and possible solutions to enhance other peoples understanding to ensure the correct processes are being carried out. This is a temporary position initially however there is a guaranteed permanent job if you go in and work hard and meet deadlines.
What you will need to succeed:
You must also have experience in an Accounts Payable based job. Good teamwork and organisational skills are essential and you must demonstrate a confident ability to use Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Finally, previous experience using Oracle and CIS is also essential.
