Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk looking for a new opportunity within a busy accounts department on a fixed term contract?
We are currently recruiting for our client a well-known established brand in Renfrewshirewho are expanding their finance team and need additional support on an interim basis.
The role will involve
- Processing high volume Purchase Invoices
- Producing accounts reports
- Processing employee expenses
- Preparing bank reconciliation
- Resolving payment queries
- Assisting Supplier with enquiries
- Ad hoc accounts admin
Candidates need to have a high level of accuracy to achieve things right the first time and comfortable dealing within a volume driven environment. You need to have the ability to be pro-active and demonstrate initiative as well as an excellent communicator. All candidates must be comfortable working on Ms Excel and Sage experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Working hours are Mon - Fri 9am -5pm
