Client Details

A well established and respected business based in the Hove area are looking for an interim Accounts Payable Assistant.

Description

As Accounts Payable Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Code Purchase Ledger invoices for authorisation on a daily basis
  • Post approved Purchase Ledger Invoices on Sage
  • Post bank accounts daily and reconcile on a regular basis
  • Maintaining Purchase Orders
  • Check and reconcile Creditor statements
  • Resolving queries
  • Payment runs for authorisation including setting up payments online

Profile

The ideal candidate has previous knowledge of Sage and is available either immediately or on a shorter notice period. Knowledge of processing a high volume of purchase invoices is also important.
