A well established company, are seeking a Full time Accounts Payable Assistant to join their office based in the Hounslow area.
Based in West London, our client is a well established company with clients Internationally. Working with businesses and private clients, delivering outstanding service to ensure the very best results.
This is a key role within the Finance team and will report to and work with the Financial Controller. Duties will include full responsibility for the Accounts Payable ledger from beginning to end. It will also include dealing with queries, and other ad hoc duties as required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience 1+ years working in purchase ledger position
- Co-ordination & ability to organize differing priorities
- Ability to work both alone and closely with team
- Methodical and attention to detail in approach to tasks
- High standards of customer service
- Experienced in standard accounting packages
- Experience with Sage software is a bonus.
