Accounts Payable Assistant Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the AP manager
  • Running, checking loading of BACS, same day payment runs as well as International payments in conjunction with the AP manager and the support of the AP analyst
  • Generating other ad hoc payments as required
  • Looking after the quarterly rent schedule for multiple sites
  • Reviewing supplier statement reconciliations
  • Working to clear debit balances
  • Support month end process
  • Ad hoc duties

Skills needed:

  • Great excel skills
  • Proven track record in AP
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Reliable
  • Payments experience
  • Positive attitude
  • Experience managing/assisting to manage AP

Experience preferred:

  • Working for a multi site organisation
  • Use of SAGE
  • Experience managing/supervising an AP team
