Due to imminent maternity cover, the role is working as a Finance Assistant helping support their existing EMEA Finance Team, allowing for plenty of scope. We are looking to secure an experienced Accounts Payable Executive for a min. period of 9 months initially working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. You will need to be able to work without too much hand holding, be happy to commit for the duration of contract and be well versed within AP, Banking, Month/Year End Close and a variety of other adhoc financial tasks.
The duties will consist of:
- Maintenance of the international intercompany matrix
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis
- Responsible with AP International processing
- Assist with NetSuite bank postings
- Month End / Close
- Ad hocExpensify reporting tasks
- Ad hocGL projects (e.g. historical FX difference reconciliation)
We are ideally looking for a long term contractor with copious experience within AP, General Ledger and Banking and someone who thrives when learning new challenges and working in a transparent environment. The contract is due to start the beginning of June 20 with Interviews being held at the beginning of April.
