Accounts Payable Assistant - 10 month Contract
Accounts Payable Assistant, Maternity Cover Contract, £27000
This is a 10 month maternity cover contract role and applicants must be available to start work at short notice and be able to commit to working until the end of August 2022. Candidates can choose to work either 4 or 5 days a week.
Processing accounts payable invoices using SAP.
Making supplier payments by BACS and cheque.
Processing staff expenses.
You will need a good eye for detail, be a good team player and be comfortable working with different departments, switching hats with different processes.
Accounts Payable skills are of course essential to help you hit the ground running, as is a good level of Excel capability, SAP and multi-currency experience are both preferable.
The hours of work are 8.30-4.45 and benefits include 25 days holiday. Candidates can choose to work a 4 day week if required / preferred.
