Page Personnel are currently working with a large logistics business based in Alfreton they are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their new Accounts Payable team.

Description

The Successful Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible:

  • Work with the AP Manager, in ensuring all work required is completed on time accurately

  • Assist in entering appropriate Nominal Ledger codes on Invoices on receipt.
  • Reconciliation of all supplier statements

  • Matching supplier invoices with purchase orders

  • Resolving supplier queries

Profile

The Successful Accounts Payable Administrator will have:

  • Previous experience of dealing with accounts payable / purchase ledger

  • Basic MS Excel

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Finance systems
