This leading retailer with offices in south Leeds are looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join them on an ongoing basis. Working in the busy finance team this will be a transactional and support based position.
You will be responsible for:
- Data Scanning and document indexing
- Invoice reconciliation
- Resolution of customer queries
- Debt management and credit control
- Payment processing
- Providing customer support
What you will need:
- Enthusiasm, commitment & drive
- Confident communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible approach
- Advanced MS office skills including Excel
