Construction Company Based in North West London have a position for an Accounts/Office Assistant which would suit someone seeking a local role in the early stages of their Accounts career.
The role is varied with strong communication skills required .
Role - Managing general office administration including answering telephone calls, e-mails, taking and relaying messages and answering queries where appropriate. Able to handle a varied workload . Able to work as part of a team. Filing/Photocopying/Scanning documents. Checking Orders/Invoices. Entering data on our accounts system. Ordering Stationary. Other general administration tasks.
This is a full time position. Mon-Fri9am - 5.30pm. Salary £20,000 per annum . Holidays 20 Days.
