Accounts Coordinator

Our award winning client, based to the west of the city, are looking to recruit an Accounts Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position working 8:45am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

This position involves a large amount of customer interaction so applicants must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The client offers a competitive salary of between £21,000 and £26,000 (depending on experience), company pension, health care programme, online discounts and cashback.

Duties include:

- Daily contact with clients to ensure services are delivered accurately and on time
- Liaising and answering inquiries from clients and customers
- Organising and partaking in conference calls
- Preparation of calendars and checklists
- Working to multiple deadlines
- Working with clients across different time zones
- Updating and managing client records

Role Requirements

- Exceptionable communication skills
- Exceptionable interpersonal skills
- Exceptionable customer service skills
- Previous experience interacting and managing clients
- Previous experience working with numbers
- Basic knowledge of payroll
