Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager and working as part of a small professional team.
Key aspects of the role will include:
Co-ordinate with Property department to understand utility contracts in place and keep on top of changes
Receive invoices and check dates/reads/addresses etc
Set up a comprehensive database re utilities
Receive, validate and code rent and service charge and insurance invoices
Assist approvers re queries with landlords/property/insurance agents etc
Ad-hoc project work to support the manager

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Works in a methodical & organised manner
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Someone who thrives on learning and picking up new skills
