Accounts Co-ordinator

My client is looking for an enthusiastic person to join their small and hardworking team. You will be support in a number of areas from helping out with month end accounts, to project managing a new customers.

Key Expectations:

  • Manage all elements of your customer’s needs and deliver on their expectations.
  • Handle day-to-day, incoming queries.
  • Maintain a healthy knowledge of competitor activity in your territory.
  • Take control of a situation and have the courage to make a smart decisions within agreed timeframes
  • Approach your day with the right attitude and help create a positive environment for others.
  • Process orders and quotation requests on a daily basis.
  • Support Senior Management in day to day administration based duties.
  • Support the Finance Manager with accountancy based duties such as month end (experience in SAGE is a big advantage.
  • Create and update Excel documents with pricing and quotation information.

Experience:

  • Experience in Microsoft packages particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of SAGE would be advantageous
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Resilience and the ability to cope under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Articulate
