Working in a friendly, passionate team, the candidate will initially join the business on a 1 month temporary contract, with a permanent offer following after the successful completion of this period. Due to the urgency of the requirement, applicants must be immediately available to begin the role.
The accounts clerk will join a team of 6, working directly alongside the supportive accounts manager but taking control of both the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers. The role will involve processing sales and purchase invoices on Sage, as well as resolving invoicing queries, reconciling statements and assisting with payment runs.
Candidates must have existing experience in end-to-end sales and purchase ledger processing. Experience using sage would be beneficial but is not essential. Attention to detail, fantastic communication skills and eagerness to learn will be critical to success in this role.
This is a full time (37.5 hour) role, but the business are happy to offer flexibility with start and finish times, and encourage early finishes on a Friday. Car parking is also available, though the business is also a short walk from Keighley train station.
