Your new role
You will be working as the Accounts Clerk, reporting in to the Accountant. You will be primarily completing work across the purchase and sales ledger but will also need to assist with some office administration duties. Duties will include:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Completing statement reconciliations
- Banking and cash management
- Processing payments
- Assisting with the sales ledger
- Journal postings
- Preparing hours worked for the monthly payroll
- Assisting with office management duties
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have proven experience working within a busy and varied Accounts Department. You will have great attention to detail and will be happy working to deadlines and targets.
