What you’re applying for
This part-time (3 full days) Accounts Clerk job is working for one of our most well respected, friendly and established Grantham based clients. Reporting into the Finance Director, and working within a small team, you will be responsible for providing a highly accurate and timely accounts service to the business.

Duties:
• Aspects of sales ledger processing
• Aspects of purchase ledger processing
• Banking of customer’s payments and printing and posting customer’s statements
• Reconciliation of creditor’s statements
• Supplier payments by cheques and BACS
• Processing bank payments, receipts and transfers
• Daily bank balance summary
• Weekly direct debit collection
• BACS payments
• Working alongside two other Accounts staff, providing cover where needed
• Assisting the Management team with any administrative tasks as required
• General administration one day per week, accounts two days per week
