Accounts Clerk

We are currently recruiting for a part time accounts clerk to join a privately owned business established in 2007. Our client is flexible on shift pattern so you could work three full days per week or complete the 25 hours required over 5 mornings.

We are looking for an experienced individual with a good overall understanding of finance and accounts. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent time management.

Duties include;

• Reporting to the Office Manager
• Using in house accountancy software
• Issue of invoices, demands and statements
• Daily banking receipts and payment recording
• Update all Ledgers
• Preparation of contractor payment lists
• Production of weekly reconciliations and balance reports
• Dealing with ad hoc queries
• Other tasks as required by Office Manager
