My clients seeking an experienced Accounts/ Billing clerk to join their growing team within the Heathrow area.
Duties would include:
- Have a basic understanding of customs procedures (import / export)
- Dealing with Duty and tax
- Issuing invoices
- Collecting information needed to calculate customers invoices
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- You will be resolving customer queries, investigate and update customers promptly on any queries.
- Prioritise and manage workload effectively
- Previous billing experience within the freight/ cargo industry
- PC literate
- Good commutation skills
- Good organisational skills
- Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:30
