Account Assistant job working for a property management business in the heart of Victoria.

Your new company
This is an established property company based in the heart of Victoria. They have a large finance team and are looking to hire an Accounts assistant due to internal progression and growth within the business. The role will be based in the office for 5 days a week and is situated a modern open plan office.

Your new role
Your duties will involve bank reconciliations, supporting the maintenance of the general ledger and being responsible for entering transactions. Additionally, you be responsible in allocating invoices to direct debit payments on a timely basis and review the purchase ledger invoices being processed to check for accuracy, including general ledger coding, VAT and CIS treatment.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you must have experience of bank reconciliations and general ledger. The ideally individual must be on short notice.
