Reed Accountancy is currently is looking for an accounts assistant for an ongoing temporary position which could lead to a permanent role in Dover.
The ideal accounts assistant would need to be able to show relevant experience obtained from a similar role and be able to complete the below duties:
• Fully accountable for the purchase ledger
• Prepare and maintain the sales ledger, produce invoices including credit control
• Report to FC on all accounting procedures
• Complete new supplier applications
• Communicate with suppliers on all queries
• Process payment runs
• Daily diary management
• Provide assistance and IT support to company personnel
• General admin duties
• Reception duties
