This is the ideal opportunity for someone who has an all round accounts background and is looking to join a successful growing business. I am looking for candidates who can work to their own initiative, work well under pressure all while maintaining a friendly sense of humour.
- Purchase ledger work including invoice coding, posting, paying, reconciliations of statements
- Bank reconciliations
- Sales Ledger work including controlling and chasing debt.
- General Ledger accuracy, maintenance, and reconciliation/journals
- Ad-hoc reports for Directors and Senior staff members
- Controlling Pettycash & credit card including month end reconciliation and posting to Sage
- Reconciling aged balances to Nominal control
- Spreadsheet work/analysis ( VLOOKUP's and pivots)
- Customer Reporting (summary bills)
- Assisting with Accounts prep
- Month end duties
