SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a permanent Accounts Assistant to join our client in Mansfield. You will benefit from being part of a growing and evolving business who will offer the suitable candidate support.
The successful Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:
- Purchase Ledger
- Matching PO's to invoices
- Credit Control
- Statement reconciliations
- Invoicing Sales Orders
- Supplier account reconciliations
- Reconciling numerous accounts
- Dealing with customer queries
The ideal candidate will have had some experience working within an accounts department dealing with purchase and sales ledger as well as strong data entry skills and PC skills including MS Excel. Also you will have dealt with customer over the phone or face to face.
The client is offering a competitive salary and the hours of work will be 8.30am-5pm. Our client is offering on site parking and 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
