Accounts Assistant role working for a regular client of mine in the heart of Newport. Mentored by an experienced finance manager to support with Credit Control and Purchase Ledger invoicing.
I have a good relationship with this organisation while supporting them with recruitment on several roles. They have been performing strongly during the lockdown period and are now in a position to make a new permanent hire in the Finance department.
The key roles will be:
-Purchase ledger invoicing
-Building relationships with customers
-Helping and assisting the further finance department
-Managing important client ledger accounts
The successful candidate will be someone that has worked for a professional services organisation previously. Degree level educated or AAT L4 Equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Bank reconciliations is essential for this role.
