Lusona is working with our client based in Glasgow to find suitable applicants for the post of Accounts Assistant, The role is initially on a temporary basis and will be based in their Clydebank site initially for training but then will be based working from home.
Duties will mainly involve, Purchase ledger - processing invoices, reconciliation of supplier ledgers, and weekly/fortnightly payment runs, manage Invoice queries and ad hoc admin.
Candidates will ideally have good Accounts payable/ Accounts Assistant experience, The role will be working from home so the successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative, who is highly motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision. Excellent IT skills including Excel and Word are essential for this role.
Core Working hours are 9am - 5pm Mon - Friday.
