A national construction company based in the Stretford area of Manchester are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team. This expanding company have a turnover in excess of £250m and are offering a contract for up to 10 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for those with all-round accounts assistant skills to expand their experience further. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Sales and purchase ledger
- Assisting with month end reporting
- Monitoring aged debtors
- Creating account for new suppliers
- Daily banking and petty cash
- Bank reconciliations
Your skills and experience
- Strong Microsoft skills
- Sales and purchase ledger experience
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
Being AAT qualified would be an advantage but is not essential. This is a full-time role - 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri. If you are interested and would like to know more, please contact us.
