Fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our service sector client in the South of Nottingham. With broad responsibility for all purchase and sales ledger, banking and credit control this role will suit somebody who likes a varied role.

Reporting direct to the Financial Controller, you will be confident and happy to work as part of a small team.


  • Full purchase ledger process
  • Raising sales invoices
  • Handle supplier queries
  • Credit Control
  • Import of revenues and VAT
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Support with payroll
  • Build relationships with customers and handle queries
  • Administrative tasks

Key skills:

  • Strong accounts experience
  • Payroll experience is an advantage but not essential
  • AAT would be an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident with Microsoft Excel
  • Flexible approach to work
  • Happy to take on administrative tasks
