Based in the West End of London, our client is a world renowned award winning Architectural and Design Consultancy. They are now looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant on a 9 month maternity cover. Reporting in to the Chief Accountant, the role will be diverse and will include:
Accounts Receivable: ensuring that the sales invoices are completed accurately and to deadlines
Accounts Payable: ensuring the purchase ledger is updated on a continual basis with supplier invoices and payments
Credit Control: Ensuring that outstanding debt is recovered on a timely basis
Management information: To help the chief Accountant with the preparation of the month end Management Information pack
Also dealing with any other ad-hoc duties required by the Finance Director and the Chief Accountant.
Candidates should have a minimum 3 years accounts experience and have good MicroSoft Office skills and ideally experience of Sage 50 Cloud Accounts.
The contract will start at the beginning of December and there will be a good hand over period from the current Accounts Assistant.
