I'm looking for accounts assistants that have all round experience looking for a permanent opportunity within a growing business.
My client is looking for someone on a full time basis Monday- Friday working 8 hours a day between the office core hours of 8-6pm.
For the right candidate the client would support AAT studying
Job responsibilities include:
- Purchase ledger
- Process supplier invoices
- Petty cash
- Bank reconciliations
- Balance sheet recs
- Preparing prepayment and Accrual schedules
- Ad hoc duties
- Support sales ledger and the FM with other duties
You are not required to have experience in all of the duties mentioned. However, confidence in purchase ledger is important. Please apply within.
