The Inchora Group are a highly successful and rapidly expanding Company, so this is an ideal time to join us. We are looking for an Accounts Assistant who will have the responsibility for processing Purchase Orders and maintaining the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers for all the companies within the Inchora Group.

The Key Responsibilities are:

  • Raise and process purchase orders
  • Enter Supplier invoices into Accounts Payable Ledger
  • Compile and process weekly supplier payment run
  • Deal with supplier queries
  • Process employee expenses
  • Enter customer invoices into Accounts Receivable ledger
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Set up new and maintain accounts on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ledgers
  • Post bank entries and reconcile bank accounts
  • Processing monthly payroll
  • Filing
  • Ad hoc duties including supporting Management Accounts.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • Sage 200 experience
  • Sage Payroll experience beneficial
  • Intermediate excel skills.

  • Competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 p.a.
  • Working hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday (Flexible working offered for the right experience/skills)
